A simple physics-based idle game.
- Bounce balls to earn points.
- 3 unique layers of progression to keep people like you within my grasp.
- Later on is a skill tree for all of you people to spend time optimizing.
Currently in active development - soon you wont be able to escape.
as of now the controls mostly exclusively use keyboard, if you see a number or letter next to something (like a upgrade or text that says press {letter} to do x, it probably does that thing or buys that upgrade - v0.5.2 we now have more mouse controls and soon enough i will redesign the ui's for mouse only, or something close
additionally this game is entirely procedural and made from the code by your computer in real time, so that makes this game much smaller, the source code is only around 200kb but to make it into a .exe i had to package it witch bloats the size by about 150x - v0.5.2 also we have added sound and it uses my custom procedural engine that makes the game smaller significantly next update i will add music

if anyone has ideas or bugs to report lemme know and ill use what's good or helpful
good game. Something funny I noticed: if you go to the menu, use q to buy maximum (even if you cant buy anything) game obviously does some calculations. and, while doing that, it apparently keeps the balls last speed change value wise but changes it's direction! like if I press m,q,m the balls will suddenly move with the same speed but now in a different direction than they previously did! :-)
Nothing game breaking but if you keep spamming mqm constantly, you can totally see the balls zigzag wildly around the middle and never really getting close to the walls cause their direction changes with each triple key press :-)
no real bug, just funny to observe. you might NOT wanna recalculate the balls direction when q gets pressed but literally only do that during ball creation and after collision :-)
Also what is with the random text blocks that very rarely but then in a bunch, suddenly "fall off" or fly up outside of the screen out of nowhere?
what do you mean? are you talking about the text effects?
yeah
if your talking about the ones in the corner its because they appear when you hit a corner just right and a 1000x multiplier is applied on top of the rest of the multiplier, the other are effects for stuff like rebirths reincarnation and sacrefice
